Julie is the founder and president of HME Solutions, which offers HME business consulting in the areas of Operations Strategy and Business Execution. She is a thirty-year Health Care veteran with twenty-three years experience in the Home Medical Equipment Industry. Julie was previously founder and President of Rocky Mountain Respiratory Services, a home medical equipment company started in 1982. This business was acquired by Pediatric Services of America in 1985. During her nineteen years at PSA, Julie held positions of Location Director, Regional VP of Operations, VP of Best Practice, Compliance Officer and Divisional Vice President of Operations. As an active participant in trade organizations, Julie served as President of the Colorado Association of Medical Equipment Suppliers and served for two years on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Medical Equipment Suppliers (now the American Association of Homecare). Julie is married with two grown children. She enjoys camping, hiking and exploring. Frank is the founding partner of Think-Link Associates, a provider of HME business consulting that focuses on Marketing Strategies and Business Growth. Frank has an eclectic professional background spanning twenty years. He has previously started and operated a variety of successful businesses in several industries providing services ranging from systems engineering and technical design to marketing consulting. He has helped many business owners learn innovative marketing strategies and business building techniques so they could successfully lead their businesses to their true profit potential. Frank is married and has four growing boys. He enjoys travel and both jazz and bluegrass music. Frank holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech).
